How to login in to your account:
Step 1) Click here to access your account login page. Your account is the main way to manage your subscription, and the login is passwordless.
Step 2) Type in your email address (same email used to place your order).
Step 3) Click on “Get login code”.
Step 4) Check your email inbox for a temporary login code. You'll be sent a 4 digit 2FA code. As well as a texted code to your phone number if its registered on file.
Step 5) Enter your 4 digit login code in your account login page.
You are now logged into your account. After your initial login, here's how you can access it again:
- Visit our website at www.biocollabs.com.
- Look for the account icon located in the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the account icon to access your account.
Once you're on your customer account, you'll be able to view and manage your account details, subscriptions, orders, and more.

How to manage your subscription:
Step 1) Log in to your account. If you do not have an account set up, please see above “How to log in to your account".
Once logged in, ensure you are in your “Subscriptions" view. If not, look for a section labeled "Subscriptions" and click on the button.
Step 2) Select your subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions, locate your subscription from the list of your active subscriptions.
Step 3) Select the action you want to take: “Skip”, “Pause’’, “Next Order Date”, “Edit Products”, “Get Now”, “Apply Discount”, or “Cancel”. Click on this button to initiate your request.
Step 4) Double-check your account subscription page to confirm that your action has been processed.
For cancellations:
- You will be prompted to provide a reason for canceling or to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed with the cancellation.
- After confirming the cancellation, you should receive a confirmation message or email indicating that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
After your initial login, here's how you can access your account again:
- Visit our website at www.biocollabs.com.
- Look for the account icon located in the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the account icon to access your customer account.
Once you're on your customer account, you'll be able to view and manage your account details, subscriptions, orders, and more.
