You can cancel your subscription from within your customer account portal. If you do not have an account set up, please see this article on “How to log in to your account".
Step 1) Log in to your account. Once logged in, ensure you are in your “Subscriptions" view. If not, look for a section labeled "Subscriptions" and click on the button.
Step 2) Select your subscription. If you have multiple subscriptions, locate your subscription from the list of your active subscriptions.
Step 3) Scroll down and select the action you want to take: “Skip”, “Pause’’, “Next Order Date”, “Edit Products”, “Get Now”, “Apply Discount”, or “Cancel”. Click on this button to initiate your request.
Step 4) Double-check your account subscription page to confirm that your action has been processed.
Please note:
- You will be prompted to provide a reason for canceling or to confirm your decision. Follow the on-screen prompts to proceed with the cancellation.
- After confirming the cancellation, you should receive a confirmation message or email indicating that your subscription has been successfully canceled.
For subscriptions, any change to your account should be made 7 days prior to your next scheduled delivery. Please note that if you choose to cancel your subscription after the order has been placed, this does not cancel the order.
We will only accept your cancellation request, if your order has not been labelled and or has not been shipped. If your request is approved, consider your subscription cancelled. If a refund is required, consider it processed. Your refund will then be credited to the original payment method.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
