You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placement. Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
For subscriptions, any alterations to your account must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery. Please be aware that canceling your subscription after an order has been placed does not cancel the active order.
We will only approve cancellation requests if your order has not yet been assigned a tracking number or dispatched for delivery. Once your request is approved, your order will be considered canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, as processing times vary among payment providers.
