If you haven't received your order, please check your tracking number to identify the issue. Please note that packages returned to us by the carrier due to the customer's unavailability or an incorrect shipping address may incur additional shipping costs for reshipment, and they are not eligible for a refund.
Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are non-refundable. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to update the shipment address. If an order has been placed and or shipped and the customer realizes there's an incorrect address, Biocol Labs cannot be held responsible for redirecting the shipment to the correct address or covering the expenses associated with changing the address during transit.
In the event of an incorrect address, you will need to contact the carrier directly to arrange for the shipment to be redirected. Please ensure to provide Biocol Labs with the correct address for future shipments to avoid any further issues.
Any shipment marked as shipped by the carrier is not eligible for a refund or replacement. In such cases, you will need to contact the carrier directly to request further information on the issue, as they are the only source to determine the location of the delivery. Additionally, please note that our standard delivery method does not include shipment insurance, and we are not responsible for providing a refund or sending a replacement.
