Packages lost by the shipping carrier are not eligible for a refund. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the carrier with your tracking number or using the carrier's tracking page to search for your shipment.
In the event that a package is confirmed lost or damaged during transit, Biocol Labs will reship it at no additional cost. However, please note that Biocol Labs will not refund an order if it is lost or damaged in transit.
For orders marked as "Delivered" with valid tracking information, refunds cannot be issued if the customer cannot locate the item. In such cases, the customer will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to request more information about their package.
